Your Order and Shipping

What is the status of my order?

We will send you a confirmation email as a soon as you have placed an order. Click on the "View your order" button in that email to see the status of your order.

Once your order has been shipped we send you another email with the expected delivery date and a link to track your order.

Am I able to change my order?

If your order has not been sent out for shipping, then we can amend your order.

What's the handling and delivery time?

Order handling (processing) takes between 1 and 2 days. If your order is received before 11am then your order will be processed same day and ready for shipping the next day. If your order is placed after 11am then your order will likely be processed the next day and be ready for shipping the day after.

Order shipping takes between 1 and 6 days.

Total delivery time from placing the order to delivery takes between 2 and 8 days.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to mainland UK only.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Union Pay and Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Cash, checks, money orders, or any other forms of payment are not accepted.

Which currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in British Pounds (GBP).

Returns

Do you accept returns?

You may return your product within the statutory 14 day period. Please note it must be unused and with its original packaging. Please read more details in our Refund and Return Policy

What if my product is damaged on arrival?

Please inspect the packaging of your product when it arrives. If you notice any damage please make a note of it when signing for delivery and take a photo if possible. For more details see the Damages section on our Refund and Return Policy
