Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfilment process

Order Handling

Order handling takes 1-2 days. If you placed your order before 11am (Mon-Fri), you can expect handling to be completed the same day, otherwise it may be completed by the end of next business day. Once handling is complete, your order will be ready to ship.

Order Shipment

Shipping takes 1-6 days, therefore you can expect your items to be delivered to you within a total of 2-8 business days from the time at which you placed the order.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@cooksfavourite.co.uk

No Shipping outside of mainland UK.

    Delays

    In exceptional circumstances where there is a delay to your order delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (logistics issues etc), we will make every attempt to contact you by your email address and or telephone number to inform you of the revised delivery date.

    In the unlikely event your delivery did not arrive within the stated timeframe then please contact our customer support team on support@cooksfavourite.co.uk or 020 8050 1977 for urgent investigation.

    Damages

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to support@cooksfavourite.co.uk and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
